A beautiful painting!! I love the airbrushed look. also the hint of what looks like the city lights glowing in the distance. You made a very cold climate condition look very inviting.

whoa.. this was all on photoshop? wow. i could never do something like that on photoshop. did you use a tablet or with a computer mouse? sorry if i'm asking a lot of questions, it's just that i've always wanted to make digital art and i want to know how other people create their art. =)

Yup, photoshop with a tablet :) honestly you just need to keep practicing. I started digital drawing about 7-8 years ago. Improvement won't happen overnight, and I'd really suggest practicing life drawings. They really help you improve ^_^ I don't mind the questions haha, let me know if you have any more!

Thanks! I don't have a tablet, so do you think I'd still be able to do digital drawings on a laptop?

Again, thanks so much for answering my question!

I mean, I've seen some pretty awesome paintings done with the mouse, but to me doing digital art without a tablet is just doing it the hard way. You can get some really cheap tablets for like $50-$100 if pricing is a turnoff for you (my first one was around $80ish). To me they are worth it in the long run, and if you're going to be doing anything professional with your art, it's pretty much industry standard to have one.

Besides, now that I've been using tablets for nearly 7 years, you couldn't pay me to go back to using a mouse. XD
